Asbestos Abatement
From structural engineering to utilities and subsurface investigations, the ability to perform any unforeseen environmental and demolition services at a moment’s notice was paramount to keeping this project on-time.
About the Sports Castle
Earth Services & Abatement (ESA) recently completed an intricate, large-scale, demolition project focused on the non-historical portion of the former Sports Castle, a building located in “the Golden Triangle”, one of Denver, Colorado’s fastest growing areas.
ESA provided turnkey site redevelopment and demolition services for a developer seeking to build a 14-story luxury apartment complex. With nearly 40 years of experience and a vast team of industry experts, ESA was able to perform all work in-house for this high-profile project. Preconstruction included all planning, engineering, permitting, and interbuilding separation of all utilities. Roughly 90,000 square feet of building, varying from one to four stories, was demolished all while keeping the historic buildings on both sides structurally sound and operational.
Most all challenges had to be worked through in real-time as no historical drawings existed for the site to assist in mitigating issues ahead of time.
On one of the busiest streets in Denver, it was extremely important to implement and follow stringent safety protocols. A clean and secure property was maintained at all times to ensure the safety of workers and all members of the community.
Barring many unforeseen challenges, ESA’s industry expertise, dedication, and superior customer service paved the way to hit the client’s target end date.
