2023
EIS acquires Cason Environmental & Demolition Services, LLC. Cason Environmental is based in Pensacola, Florida, with an additional location in Tallahassee. Services include asbestos and lead abatement, interior demolition, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning.
EIS opens its first EIS branded office in Raleigh, North Carolina. This expands EIS’ footprint to easily service the Carolinas and surrounding states.
2022
EIS acquires AET Group based in Albany, Georgia. AET Group has seven locations throughout Georgia and Florida. In addition, EIS also acquires Eagle Environmental Consulting, Inc., based out of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. These two acquisitions add new service lines to EIS’ portfolio of services, including environmental consulting, surface and subsurface investigations, waste transportation, and scale services. In addition, this expands EIS’ national reach to provide soil and groundwater remediation services.
2020
EIS acquires Potomac Abatement, Inc., based out of Jessup, Maryland. Potomac Abatement provides asbestos and lead abatement services throughout Washington, D.C., and the metropolitan area. Potomac Abatement has a large government clientele base and expands EIS services into the northeast.
2019
1 Priority Environmental Services merges with ESA to form Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS). Post-merger, EIS acquires Snyder Environmental Services, based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Simpson Environmental Services, based in Trilby, Florida. Both companies provide asbestos and lead abatement, demolition, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning.
2017
Earth Services & Abatement acquires Iowa Demolition based in Des Moines, Iowa, specializing in interior and structural demolition. 1Priority Environmental Services acquires West Texas Abatement, located in Lubbock, Texas, further strengthening abatement and remediation services throughout Texas and surrounding states.
2016
1Priority Environmental Services acquires A-1 Abatement Environmental, located in Gatesville, Texas, and offices throughout Louisiana.

Earth Services & Abatement acquires Pro Environmental Abatement in Des Moines, Iowa.

1Priority Environmental Services is founded. 1Priority provides asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation, coating and bridge painting, and air duct cleaning.

Earth Services & Abatement (ESA) is founded. ESA provides asbestos and lead abatement, full-scale demolition and soil and groundwater remediation.
