INSPECTIONS

Our multi-point air duct system inspection will help determine the type of cleaning required and any special equipment or tools needed for the cleaning process. The inspection can also help identify current and potential air quality issues within the unit such as defects and perforations that may be contributing to low air quality.

CLEANING

After inspection, our licensed and certified technicians will thoroughly clean the air duct system. Regular cleaning of air ducts can help prevent premature wear and tear on HVAC components, extending the lifespan of the equipment and reducing the need for costly repairs or replacements. Depending on the protocol, specifications, or hazard, the work area or duct system may be placed under negative pressure during cleaning.

Additional equipment that may be used include HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers (with HEPA filters), rotary brush cleaning systems, air whip cleaning systems, coil degreasers, and anti-microbial cleaners.

QUALITY CHECK

We ensure your commercial air duct system is properly cleaned to NADCA standards. After the cleaning process, our team will do a thorough quality check to ensure your unit is thoroughly cleaned and functioning properly. Depending upon the type of building we are servicing, we also offer duct cleaning air testing / air monitoring to show our engineering controls were effective and not impacting occupants in the area.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

Required certifications and licenses for air duct inspections and cleaning vary from state to state. Our Family of Companies is well-versed in NADCA standards and many hold the Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification in addition to the NADCA certification.

Our team is also properly licensed as HVAC/R contractors in states that require a license.
