Soil Remediation

Soil Remediation Contractors

Over the past decade, the EIS Family of Companies has removed millions of yards of asbestos, petroleum, lead, and coal ash impacted soils. From brownfield cleanups to historical fill requiring removal after the demolition of a building, our teams have the unique ability to service all types of contaminated soil projects.

As regulations have become more stringent, environmental and demolition projects often require a soil cleanup component. By providing turnkey environmental services to our clients, soil remediation has become one of EIS’s central offerings.

SOIL ASSESSMENT & SAMPLING

Our team is experienced in site investigations ranging from small contamination assessments to large-scale remedial investigations at Superfund sites. We have the in-house expertise to handle soil sampling, contaminant delineation, site characterization, and analysis.

EXCAVATION & LOADING

With an in-house fleet of heavy equipment, we handle the complete excavation and loading of contaminated soil and materials at the project site.

TRANSPORTATION & DISPOSAL

When dealing with contaminated soil, transportation and disposal is a very important step in the remediation process. We follow all state and federal regulations and work with reliable, registered waste transporters. Our team ensures all proper paperwork including waste profiles, and manifests, is prepared and completed properly for your records.

COMPACT, BACKFILL, & RESEED

Our goal is to provide our clients with a clean site ready for future development. After all contaminated soil and materials have been removed from the project site, we will backfill the area with clean fill suitable for its future state. The material will be compacted and reseeded if needed.
