ASBESTOS ABATEMENT

Asbestos abatement is the process in which asbestos is completely removed from the site. Our team takes several protective measures to ensure the environment outside of the workspace is free of asbestos fibers released during removal. Disposal of all hazardous materials is completed properly and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

ASBESTOS ENCAPSULATION

Asbestos encapsulation is the process in which the asbestos-containing material (ACM) is coated or covered with a protective material to prevent asbestos fibers from releasing into the air. Our team carefully considers when and where this process should be applied to ensure we deliver our clients a safe and clean environment.

NEGATIVE PRESSURE CONTAINMENT

Negative pressure containment is crucial during the asbestos abatement process. A negative pressure air system is used to keep asbestos fibers contained within the project site. By maintaining lower air pressure within the containment area compared to the surrounding areas, any disturbed asbestos fibers are drawn into the contained space rather than escaping into the air.
