As Chief Executive Officer, B.J. brings over 25 years of experience serving in private equity and publicly held environments. B.J. has been responsible for P&Ls ranging from $40MM to $550MM, with multiple locations, and hands-on experience in the aerospace, defense, mining, chemicals, metals and environmental & recycling industries. His functional experience includes manufacturing, operations, M&A, integration, due diligence, operating systems, and talent management. Having lived and worked in four countries, his international experience includes a perspective on both business and social cultures while as a Six-Sigma Blackbelt, he approaches challenges with an eye for facts and analysis. B.J. earned an MBA from Baypath University, an M.S. in Hydrology from Ohio University, and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Pittsburgh.

As Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer Rob brings over 20 years of operating and executive experience, including management of businesses with up to $105 million in revenue and excess of 500 employees, to EIS. Rob has held various corporate leadership positions including United Rentals, Inc (NYSE: URI), the largest equipment rental company in the world. While at United Rentals, Mr. Odom focused on working with acquired companies to implement growth strategies, create succession planning for top management, reduce capital requirements and maximize shareholder return. He holds a M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and a B.S. from Guilford College.Â

As Chief Information Officer, Terry brings over 30 years of IT leadership experience to the EIS team. He is a strategic partner focused on building and delivering IT strategies and solutions aligned with business goals. He uses his leadership experience, process improvement, project management, technology roadmaps, enterprise solutions delivery, and M&A experience to deliver a positive impact to the bottom line. His previous roles include CIO for U.S. Concrete, President of WMC Technologies, Vice President of IT for Mario Sinacola, CIO for Texas Industries and CIO for Adams Golf.

As National Safety Director, Daniel brings over 35 years of safety experience serving both military and private industry. Daniel is a credentialed SMS through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and has extensive safety and environmental experience from his time at Cal-Dive International, Anheuser-Busch, and TK Elevator. He has provided strong leadership and direction as a safety professional, industrial specialist, change management influencer, and medical advisor in the military, oil & gas, manufacturing, underwater and land-based construction, metal forging, and general industry. Daniel earned an MSHS in Public Health from Trident University and a B.S. in Clinical Health Science from The George Washington University. Additionally, he completed studies at Texas A&M University in Construction and General Industry Safety Management.

As a Regional Director of Human Resources, Lina attended Colorado State University and brings over 14 years of experience as an HR professional to the EIS team. Her areas of expertise include Human Resources and Corporate Policy, HRIS, Employee Relations, Training and Organizational Development, Total Rewards Development (plan design) and Performance Management in construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.

As Regional Director of Human Resources, Brandon has over 10 years of HR experience and has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from the University of Central Arkansas. Prior to joining EIS he was an HR and benefits professional in the poultry industry in Northwest Arkansas.

Prior to being the Vice President of Business Development, Jeremy was instrumental in driving the growth and success of Earth Services & Abatement and Iowa Demolition as the Director of Business Development Midwest.

As Executive Chairman at EIS, Gary Caldwell brings over 34 years of experience and insight from the abatement and remediation industry to the team. His focus provides leadership and long-term, sustainable growth to EIS. Gary is a nationally recognized and respected speaker in the disciplines of asbestos and lead-paint abatement, mold and microbial remediation, and OSHA / EPA compliance. He holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University.Â

As M&A Controller, Chase brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting and finance, including several years in Public Accounting. He has served clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial institutions, non-profit, and education. At EIS, he plays a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and strategic growth within the organization. His various responsibilities include evaluating companies for partnership, managing integration, and overseeing financial reporting. His background combines an understanding of financial and accounting principles with hands-on experience in M&A. Chase earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Master of Accounting from Kennesaw State University. Additionally, he holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license.
